Our Purpose
Nunes-Ueno Consulting integrates parking, transit, biking, and walking to create equity, sustainability, and cost savings. We focus on strategic mobility innovation to change the way people move around their cities, campuses, and places of work; with an emphasis on planning, policy, and advocacy.
About Paulo
Paulo Nunes-Ueno has led transportation systems from the inside. As Director of Transportation and Sustainability at Seattle Children’s Hospital, he managed the complex daily realities of institutional mobility: parking, shuttles, commute programs, fleet, access, and sustainability. As Director of Transit and Mobility at the City of Seattle, he helped build and lead the city’s integrated approach to transit, parking, shared mobility, and transportation demand management.
That operating experience shapes Nunes-Ueno Consulting’s work with universities, hospitals, cities, and large employers. Paulo helps clients move from fragmented programs and competing priorities to practical strategies that leadership can understand, fund, and implement.
