Our Process

At Nunes-Ueno Consulting, we have a simple process guided by Paulo’s four C’s of making change. With decades of experience creating complex multimodal transportation solutions, Paulo developed this recipe of sorts, to conduct his efforts. The four C’s are culture, cost, convenience, and concrete. They each play a role in the choices we make around mobility, and we can use them effectively to think about changing transportation systems for the better.
